Cheesecake is a popular dish of Slavic cuisine, but chicken eggs are usually present in the pie. But this product is not suitable for everyone: vegetarians and allergy sufferers do not eat eggs in any form. Cheesecake cooked without eggs turns out to be just as good.

- - cottage cheese - 3 glasses;
- - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - soda - 1 tsp;
- - vanillin;
- - milk - 300 ml;
- - flour - 0.75 cups;
- - starch - 0.25 cups.

Step 1
To make a cheesecake pie without eggs, you will need cottage cheese. It is best to choose home, market, but ordinary cottage cheese from the store will do.
The product must be sufficiently fatty, it is not recommended to use low fat.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, thus achieving a delicate homogeneous consistency.
Step 2
Put baking soda in the mashed curd and stir. Pay attention to how the type of cottage cheese changes, before our eyes it becomes airy, fluffy.
Step 3
Now add granulated sugar. About 3 tablespoons, you can have a little more or less, it is better to be guided by your taste. Add vanillin or a packet of vanilla sugar immediately. If you don't like this flavor, just ignore this ingredient and cook without it.
Step 4
Pour milk into the curd mass. Do this by gradually rubbing the curd with a spatula or spoon.
Step 5
Thicken the mixture with a mixture of flour and corn or potato starch. You can also use wheat or tapioca starch.
Step 6
Lubricate the baking dish with a thin layer of oil, you can sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour the curd dough into a mold, flatten. Place the dough pan in a hot oven and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Step 7
Turn off the heat and cool the cheesecake without the eggs without removing it from the oven. When it cools down to room temperature, transfer the pie to a platter and refrigerate.
Step 8
The cheesecake should be served moderately warm or cold. Hot cake will be too crumbly.
