What could be simpler than sandwiches? Probably not a single person can answer this question. Light snacks are usually served not only at home, but also in the most luxurious restaurants.
When there is absolutely no time to prepare other food, hot sandwiches can serve as an excellent alternative. The crispy crust with juicy tomato and fish will impress neither you nor your guests.
- Bread (or loaf) - 1 roll;
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml (if necessary);
- Garlic - 3 - 5 cloves;
- Mayonnaise - 150 - 200 gr;
- Sprats (Baltic) - 1 bank;
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
- Greens (parsley) - 1 bunch.
Cut the bread on a cutting board into pieces about 2 cm thick. Fry it in a pan until golden brown. While the bread is being fried, we make the sauce for our sandwiches. We peel the garlic from the husk, crush it in a garlic press and mix with mayonnaise (proportions vary depending on your taste). We take out the bread from the pan and put it on a napkin (so that the excess oil is absorbed). We spread our croutons with sauce and put them on a dish. Cut the tomato into slices and spread on each crouton, put sprats on top (1 piece of bread, one fish). Decorate with herbs. Our appetizer is ready !!!!
