This Greek salad is delicious, light and fresh. It will not leave indifferent any gourmet. Especially this salad will be appropriate in the season when shops are full of watermelons and it is impossible to pass by this sweet fruit.
It is necessary
- - one watermelon
- - 150 g feta cheese
- - 5-6 pcs. walnut
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of red semi-dry wine
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of honey
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - balsamic vinegar
- - olives
- - salt, pepper to taste

Step 1
Place the watermelon and cheese in the refrigerator ahead of time to keep the ingredients chilled. Cut the cooled watermelon into small wedges. Carefully remove the pulp with a knife and cut it into small pieces. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 2
Place the skillet on fire and chop. In a hot skillet, fry the nuts until golden brown and grate them.
Step 3
To make a salad dressing, combine balsamic vinegar with wine, olive oil, and honey in a deep bowl. Add some black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Gently mix the watermelon with the cheese, sprinkle with the grated nuts and pour over the dressing. Add a small amount of olives. You can also add mint leaves as decoration. Juicy, invigorating salad is ready to serve.
