It is necessary

  • - 1 watermelon;
  • - 3 tomatoes;
  • - 2 cucumbers;
  • - 100 g feta cheese;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
  • - a couple of sprigs of basil, dill;
  • - sesame seeds, a mixture of peppers, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the watermelon, cut, remove all the flesh from it. Make a basket out of a watermelon - you can just leave one empty half of a watermelon (a quick option if you don't have time for creativity) or dream up by cutting out a handle for a basket and beautiful patterns.

Step 2

Rinse fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, cut vegetables into small cubes. Cut the pulp of half of the watermelon into cubes too. We no longer need the remaining half of the watermelon pulp - you can eat it like this.

Step 3

Mix watermelon with tomato and cucumber cubes, salt and pepper with a mixture of peppers. Add diced feta cheese to the salad, stir again. Summer salad is almost ready.

Step 4

Rinse the dill, dry it slightly on paper towels, chop finely. Add fresh basil to the salad along with the leaves, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix vegetable oil with lemon juice - season summer salad with this mixture.

Step 5

Place the prepared salad in a basket. Serve it straight like this. Additionally, you can decorate with flowers from vegetables, if there is a desire and carving skills, although the dish itself looks festive.
