Korzinka salad is an original and tasty dish that can become a wonderful treat and a real decoration of the festive table. The salad is creative enough and tastes great.
It is necessary
- - 200 grams of beef;
- - 3 medium-sized boiled potatoes;
- - 1 medium onion;
- - 3 boiled eggs;
- - 2 boiled carrots;
- - 20 small pickled mushrooms;
- - 200 grams of mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the meat until cooked through and refrigerate.
Step 2
Grate the potatoes, half the mushrooms, chop the onion and meat.
Step 3
Separately grate whites and yolks. Do the same for the carrots.
Step 4
Lay the salad on a wide shallow dish in layers.
Step 5
First, put the grated potatoes, brush with mayonnaise.

Add the meat, brush with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Put onion, mushrooms, egg white and coat with mayonnaise in layers.
Step 8
Visually divide the salad in half: put the carrots on the bottom half, on the second (top) yolks.

Cut the remaining mushrooms into plates lengthwise and lay out in the form of a basket.

Decorate the salad with herbs and carrot-cut flowers.
