You can cook this salad in a different way, but in this case you will need to use pickled mushrooms. The ingredients are the same. Put potatoes, onions, cucumbers, chicken, mushrooms, cheese, eggs, herbs on a large flat plate, coat with mayonnaise through a layer. In this case, the salad should look like a cake. When everything is done, take cheese sticks, place them around the salad to make a kind of basket. After that, put whole mushrooms on top. They will look very good on a green "meadow" surrounded by columns of cheese sticks. A delicious and beautiful salad is ready.
