  • - 0.5 tsp of citric acid;
  • - poppy.
  • For chocolate glaze:
  • - 150 g of chocolate without additives;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of milk.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the dough. Melt margarine, cool. Add eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanillin and baking soda. Mix everything, add flour, knead the dough.

Step 2

Roll up the balls, flatten them a little - these are hats. Place on a baking tray.

Step 3

Make legs - cut off a piece of dough, about the size of a leg (note that the dough rises slightly during baking).

Step 4

Roll up a roller and cut diagonally, put the cut side on a baking sheet - you get pieces that resemble long triangles.

Step 5

Put in a preheated oven, bake for 15 minutes, at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Step 6

Cut small holes in the cooled hats with a knife.

Step 7

Preparing the syrup for gluing the legs and gluing the hats to the legs. Put sugar and water on fire. Boil for 5 minutes.

Step 8

Arrange the legs in pairs in advance. Then glue them very quickly. And immediately start gluing them to the caps. Then dip the spicy side in the syrup. Connect the hats with the legs.

Step 9

Cooking the protein glaze. Mix the protein, icing sugar and citric acid. Next, grease the legs with protein glaze, dip in poppy seeds, put on the hats and in the oven to dry for 15 minutes at a temperature of 100 degrees.

Step 10

We prepare the chocolate icing: break the chocolate without additives into a bowl, add milk and put in a water bath.

Step 11

We take the cooled mushrooms by the stem, dip them in melted chocolate and set them to cool, heads up, in 100 gram glasses. Then in the refrigerator to harden the chocolate glaze.
