Such delicious beauty will decorate your festive table. A cheese basket with mushroom filling is very easy to make. This is a great idea with a basket - you can fill it with any filling you like, even your favorite salad will do.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of smoked chicken breast, hard cheese, mayonnaise, champignons;
- - 50 g of rice;
- - 4 eggs;

Step 1
First, boil the rice in salted water until soft, rinse, cool. Long grain rice is best. Boil eggs, too, hard-boiled in advance, cool, peel, cut into cubes. Cut the smoked breast and cheese into even cubes.
