- 3. cream of 10% fat content - 100 milliliters;
- 4. two cloves of garlic;
- 5. olive oil - 10 milliliters;
- 6.wheat flour - 10 grams;
- 7. food salt, marjoram - 1 teaspoon each.

Step 1
First, make a cheese basket. Grate half of the cheese, put it in a skillet, distribute it over the bottom, put it on the stove. Fry the cheese until melted. The cheese should grip like a pancake. Gently pry the cheese with a spatula, transfer to a glass mold. Press the edges firmly, leave to cool completely.
Step 2
Make béchamel sauce. To do this, pour the cream into a convenient bowl. Chop the marjoram, chop a clove of garlic. Combine the garlic and herbs with the cream and place the container on the stove. Mix the olive oil and flour until smooth. When the cream begins to boil, add the flour, stirring occasionally. Boil the sauce until thick.
Step 3
Cut the rest of the cheese into cubes, the apple is the same. Chop the second garlic clove. Salt, season with the resulting aromatic sauce, mix.
