This delicate and delicious salad can be served as breakfast, light dinner or snack. The combination of sweet watermelon, salty cheese and tart dressing makes the taste of the dish unusual and at the same time very pleasant.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of watermelon pulp;
- - 150 g of Feta cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of pistachios;
- - a couple of sprigs of basil;
- - 1, 5 Art. spoons of honey;
- - 30 ml of red wine;
- - 20 ml of wine vinegar.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the watermelon pulp and cut into small cubes along with the cheese. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl. Fry the pistachios in a dry frying pan and sprinkle them over the salad. Place the dish in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Prepare a dressing. To do this, heat the honey in a water bath so that it becomes very liquid. Then add wine vinegar and red wine to it. Stir everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the salad, slightly chilled in the refrigerator, but do not stir. Decorate with basil leaves and serve.
