The original baking design can be applied to any round cake with your favorite filling.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 500 g flour;
- - 10 g of salt;
- - 90 ml of olive oil;
- - 200 ml of dry white wine;
- For filling:
- - 1 egg;
- - 350 g of boiled spinach;
- - bread crumbs;
- - salt pepper;
- - 350 g ricotta cheese;
- - 100 g of grated Parmesan;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough by placing all the ingredients in a mixer with a hook attachment and stir well until smooth. Combine the spinach and ricotta, add the parmesan, egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Divide the dough in two. Roll each to form two circles with a diameter of 30 cm. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the first circle (base) where the filling is located so that the dough does not become sour.
Step 3
Spread the filling in the center and in a "ring" in a circle, sprinkling with grated Parmesan. Cover the cake with a second circle and seal well with a fork.
Step 4
Place a small bowl in the middle of the pie and press it down to make a depression.
Step 5
Cut the dough around the edges into pieces about 2 cm thick. The cutting line should go from the indentation made by the bowl to the edge.
Step 6
Wrap each piece around the entire circle. Bake the pie at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
