It is necessary

  • - Potatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • - Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • - Boiled sausage - 300 g;
  • - Barrel cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
  • - Green peas - 0.5 cans;
  • - Provencal mayonnaise;
  • - Salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and chop them into small cubes.

Step 2

Dip the eggs into the multicooker bowl. Place the chopped potatoes in the steamer basket and place on the bowl.

Step 3

In the multicooker select the “Steam cooking” mode and set the time to 20 minutes with the lid closed.

Step 4

While the eggs and potatoes are cooking, chop the sausage and cucumbers into small cubes and place in a salad bowl.

Step 5

After the multicooker signals the end of the program, open the lid, carefully pull out the steamer basket with ready potatoes and place it in a cool place to cool the potatoes. Drain the water from the thicket and cool the boiled eggs.

Step 6

When the eggs are cold, peel and chop finely. Place the cooled potatoes in a salad bowl along with eggs and green peas. Drain the liquid from the peas first.

Step 7

Mix the prepared salad thoroughly, add salt and mayonnaise to taste. Serve with a sprig of fresh herbs.

Bon Appetit!
