It is necessary

  • - flour - 1 glass;
  • - butter - 1 teaspoon;
  • - water - 0.5 cups;
  • - salt - 0.5 teaspoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the following in one free bowl: flour, warm water, and salt. Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly. This will give you a thick dough.

Step 2

Pre-melt a teaspoon of butter, then add it to the resulting dough. Mix everything well. Optionally, you can substitute vegetable oil for butter. Wrap the kneaded dough with cling film or simply cover with a damp towel. Leave it alone for 30 minutes.

Step 3

After the dough, remove from the film and divide it so that you end up with 6 identical pieces. Roll each of them into a spherical shape.

Step 4

Turn dough balls into thin small cakes by rolling them out with a rolling pin. Pour a fairly large amount of vegetable oil into the pan. Place a slab of dough on top of it. Fry it on both sides until it begins to swell and golden brown. Do the exact same steps with all the remaining cakes.

Step 5

Blot the fried balls with a paper towel. This will help you get rid of excess oil. Puri is ready! Feel free to serve them to the table.
