Step 1
Prepare yeast dough in a safe way.
Pour over the yeast with warm milk, leave to ferment for 10 minutes, until a frothy "cap" forms on top.
In a deep bowl, combine strained yeast, granulated sugar, eggs and salt. Stir the liquid.
Step 2
Sift flour through a sieve. Pour flour into the liquid gradually, stir constantly so that there are no lumps. Knead the dough.
The dough should be well behind the hands and the walls of the dishes. Before the end of kneading, add a spoonful of vegetable oil to the dough. Knead again so that the oil is completely absorbed and the dough becomes smooth.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with a towel, place in a warm place and let the dough rise. In the process of lifting, the dough must be kneaded several times so that the pies are fluffy and soft.
Step 4
Put the finished dough on a special wooden board or table, previously powdered with flour so that the dough does not stick. Cut the dough into small round buns and place on a greased baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in a warm place so that the buns rise again.
Step 5
Curd filling.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or mash with a fork so that there are no lumps. Add egg, granulated sugar, melted butter. To stir thoroughly. You can add candied fruit or raisins for flavor.
Step 6
In prepared buns, make a depression in the center with the bottom of the glass. Pierce in several places with a fork and fill with filling. Let stand for 10 minutes. Brush the top of the cheesecakes with yolk.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Close the finished cheesecakes tightly with a towel.
