Cheesecake with condensed milk is a delicious dessert. Such a delicacy is perfect for home tea drinking, and for a festive table.
It is necessary
- - sour cream 20% - 450 ml;
- - biscuits without filling - 0.3 kg;
- - condensed milk - 1 can;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - gelatin - 10 g;
- - baking paper;
- - a split baking dish;
- - bowls;
- - glass;
- - frying pan;
- - mixer;
- - the spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a small skillet over low heat.
Step 2
Knead the cookies into small crumbs (you can grind them with a rolling pin), pour them into a dry bowl. Pour the melted butter into a bowl of cookies and stir until smooth. The resulting mass should not be very dry or very greasy.
Step 3
We line the detachable baking dish with parchment paper, put the base for the cheesecake in it, level it with wet hands. We put the form in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 4
Using a mixer, mix sour cream with condensed milk in a separate bowl.
Step 5
Pour 150 ml of cold boiled water over instant gelatin and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes. The gelatin should completely dissolve, if this does not happen, it is necessary to warm the mixture in a water bath.
Step 6
Pour the gelatin into a bowl with condensed milk and sour cream in small portions, stirring continuously. We take out the mold with the base from the refrigerator and pour the mixture of sour cream, gelatin and condensed milk into it. While the gelatin is still hot, you can put a few berries, chopped nuts, or grated chocolate into the mixture for garnish. We remove the form in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely. It usually takes about 3 hours.
