Cheesecake is on the menus of many restaurants and is one of the popular desserts. Making it at home is very simple. Even for an amateur it will take no more than one hour. Coffee lovers will love the cheesecake based on this drink.

- - 70 g of butter;
- - 3 tsp instant coffee;
- - 400 g cream cheese;
- - 400 g of yogurt;
- - 150 g icing sugar;
- - 1 tsp vanilla sugar.;
- - 20 g of gelatin.

Step 1
Cookies must be chopped in a blender or with a knife into small crumbs. Melt butter and add 1/2 teaspoon of coffee. Mix the mixture with the crushed cookies. Stir everything until smooth.

Place baking paper on the bottom of the cheesecake dish and gently spread the resulting mass evenly over the entire paper.
Step 3
Soak gelatin in cold boiled water until it swells, drain off excess water and dissolve the gelatin in a water bath.
Step 4
Dissolve the rest of the coffee in three tablespoons of hot water and mix with gelatin. Cool the mixture to room temperature.
Step 5
Beat the cheese with powdered sugar, yogurt and vanilla sugar. Add coffee mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6
Put the resulting mixture on the base and put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Step 7
When serving, fold the cheesecake out of the pan. You can decorate with fruits, grated chocolate, nuts.
