    • zucchini - 1 pc;
    • milk - 50 ml;
    • egg - 1 pc;
    • crackers - 20 g;
    • butter;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken soufflé

Rinse chicken breasts, chop finely and mince or chop in a blender.

Step 2

Separate the white bread from the crust, grind in a blender until crumbled. Place the bread in a deep bowl and cover with milk.

Melt the butter in a water bath.

Step 4

Combine and mix until smooth the chicken fillet, pressed white bread, butter, salt and spices. Stir to form a homogeneous, but rather liquid consistency. You can get it by adding milk while stirring. Grind the resulting mixture in a blender again.

Break a raw, cold egg and separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg white into a strong foam, adding a pinch of salt.

Grease a container with a closed bottom with butter and place the minced meat. Smooth the surface.

Place the container in the bowl on the lower level, cover and cook for 30-35 minutes. Pour water into the steamer at the lowest setting. After cooking, place the pieces of butter on the soufflé.

This dish is suitable for 1 year old babies if the child is not allergic to egg yolk. Otherwise, the addition of yolks can be excluded.
