The longest fast will end soon and light Easter will begin. Everyone has a question, what is so tasty and unusual to cook for this holiday. Everyone will love this chicken breast soufflé.
It is necessary
- To prepare this delicious dish, we need:
- • one chicken breast,
- • 4 egg whites,
- • 1 small onion,
- • salt - to taste,
- • herbs (dried celery, black pepper or others) - to taste,
- • 4 cherry tomatoes - optional,
- • 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the breast and onion into large cubes and grind in a blender or meat grinder. Add herbs and spices to the resulting minced meat, as well as salt if desired.
Step 2
Beat 4 squirrels with a pinch of salt until strong peaks. Gently combine the minced meat and whipped egg whites, knead a little until smooth.
Step 3
Grease the baking tins with olive oil and put the chicken dough in them, decorate the top with cherry tomatoes. We put the molds in a baking sheet, slightly filled with water.
Step 4
We bake the soufflé in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes (if the soufflé is baked in a large form, then the baking time should be increased to 30-40 minutes).
