Preparing for any holiday, each hostess wants to surprise household members and guests with unusual and delicious dishes. Salads occupy a special place on the festive table; they can be prepared from meat, fish, crab sticks, liver, mushrooms, etc. We offer salad recipes that will decorate any meal.
Sea salad
This simple dish can be prepared in a matter of minutes and is sure to please all guests. For him you will need:
- 300 g crab sticks;
- 500 g squid;
- 6 proteins;
- 200 g mayonnaise;
- 3 tbsp red caviar;
- a few sprigs of dill for decoration.
Fill the squid with boiling water, stir with a spoon so as not to burn yourself, drain the water, do this three times, then cut the seafood into strips. Cook eggs hard-boiled, clean and take out the yolks, you only need proteins, cut them and crab sticks into strips. Put all prepared products in a salad bowl, add mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix well. Decorate the salad for the festive table with red caviar and dill sprigs.
Riga salad
If you want to serve a salad with beef to the festive table, be sure to prepare this dish. For him you will need:
- 300 g of beef;
- 1 onion;
- 2 sweet peppers;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 pickled cucumber;
- 200 g mayonnaise;
- 1 apple;
- salt to taste;
- dill greens for decoration.
To prepare this salad for the festive table, boil the meat, let it cool and cut into thin strips. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into small cubes. Cut the sweet peppers, cucumber and apple into strips, and pour the onion with boiling water and chop into thin rings. We combine all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix, before serving on the festive table, decorate the salad with dill.
Snegurochka salad
This salad can be prepared for the New Year's table. For this you will need:
- 300 g lightly salted salmon;
- 5 boiled eggs;
- 1 tomato;
- 1 can of canned corn;
- 2 onions;
- mayonnaise to taste;
- 1 carrot;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- 1 bell pepper;
- a small piece of hard cheese;
- 2 black peppercorns.
Boil the eggs, clean and separate the whites from the yolks, rub them separately on a fine grater. Cut the tomatoes and onions into small cubes, and three carrots on a coarse grater. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Divide the salmon into two parts: cut one into cubes, and the other into thin strips. In a plate, combine onions, carrots, tomatoes, diced salmon, yolks, season the ingredients with mayonnaise and put them on a dish, forming the shape of a Snow Maiden. Sprinkle the salad with proteins and grated cheese, make the Snow Maiden's fur coat and hands from the salmon slices, cut the pepper into 2 parts and put it like mittens, from 2 small strips of pepper we make the nose and mouth, the eyes - from the peppercorns. We leave the salad for the festive table in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that it has time to soak.
