    • Pickled onions in mustard:
    • onions - 2-3 pcs;
    • mustard - 2-3 tbsp;
    • refined sunflower oil - 2 tbsp;
    • mayonnaise - 70 g;
    • salt;
    • pepper;
    • marjoram.
    • Sweet pickled onions:
    • onions - 2-3 pcs;
    • vinegar 9% - 20 g;
    • salt - ½ tsp

Step 1

There are three types of onions: sweet, hot and medium hot. Depending on this, the method of pickling it is also chosen. To remove the unpleasant bitterness from a vegetable, it must be brought to a boil in a marinade or simply doused with boiling water. Sweet onions do not need this procedure, since they do not have a bitter taste.

Step 2
