  • 2 cubes of broth (chicken);
  • ground black pepper and salt.

Preparation:

  1. White beans need preliminary preparation. It needs to be thoroughly rinsed and filled with water for about 12 hours (as long as possible).
  2. Green peas need to be peeled. Ripe tomatoes are washed thoroughly and then cut into small pieces.
  3. The bulbs must also be peeled and washed. Then, using a sharp knife, they are cut into small cubes.
  4. The green beans should be rinsed and cut into small pieces.
  5. You can then move on to preparing vegetables such as carrots, potato tubers, turnips, and squash. All these vegetables must be peeled and rinsed thoroughly in running water. Then these vegetables are cut into approximately the same, not very large cubes.
  6. Rinse the asparagus thoroughly and cut into small pieces. After that, it must be poured into boiling water, into which a small amount of salt is previously poured. Asparagus should not cook for long.
