Curry-fried chicken slices are a light yet nutritious snack. Serve with finely chopped cucumber and green onions to soften the spiciness of the dish.
It is necessary
- - 450 g chicken breast fillet;
- - 1 head of garlic;
- - a piece of fresh ginger root (peeled and finely chopped);
- - one red chili pepper - 1 pc.;
- - 450 g washed spinach;
- - 250 g green beans;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of tandoori paste;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of natural yogurt;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of black mustard seeds.
Instructions
Step 1
Crush the garlic cloves, peel and finely chop the chili peppers, trim the beans with scissors.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into slices. Combine the tandoori paste and yogurt in a bowl. Add chicken slices and stir. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the mustard seeds in the oil. When the mustard seeds begin to bounce in the pan, add the garlic, ginger, and chili. Fry for literally half a minute, then add the spinach and beans.
Step 4
Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Increase the heat, remove the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated and the beans are tender.
Step 5
Preheat oven to medium heat. Place the chicken slices on a grill rack and bake for 10 minutes, until the meat is cooked through. During frying, you need to turn the grill once. Arrange the chicken slices and serve.
