How to cook cauliflower in a skillet with egg
To cook cauliflower in a skillet with an egg, you will need:
- forks of cauliflower;
- 3 eggs;
- vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper;
- sour cream, garlic and herbs (for serving).
Boil a pot of water, adding salt to taste. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook for 10 minutes. Beat 3-4 eggs in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and your favorite spices. Heat the skillet by pouring vegetable oil into it. Dip each flower in the egg mixture and place in hot oil.

How to cook cauliflower in a pan with mushrooms and vegetables
You can cook delicious cauliflower in a pan not only with an egg, but also with the addition of mushrooms and vegetables. You will need the following ingredients:
- cauliflower forks
- 6-7 fresh eggs;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 200 g of fresh mushrooms;
- bell pepper pod;
- medium-sized onion;
- 1-2 ripe tomatoes;
- 2-3 garlic cloves;
- 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Rinse and peel the peppers into thin slices. Peel and chop the onion, cut the tomatoes into cubes. Cut the mushrooms into slices and save with the onions in oil. Add peppers and tomatoes. Peel and chop the garlic cloves and add to the rest of the vegetables.
Rinse and divide into cabbage forks. Boil water in a saucepan and boil the cabbage for 10 minutes, adding salt to taste. Put the boiled cabbage with the rest of the vegetables in the pan and stir, season with salt and pepper to taste, adding your favorite seasonings and spices. Simmer vegetables for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs in a bowl, grate cheese. Place the egg mixture in the sautéed vegetables and sprinkle with cheese on top. Keep the covered skillet on fire for about 5-7 minutes more. Serve the dish to the table, garnish with herbs. Optionally, you can prepare a sour cream-garlic sauce for a particularly sophisticated taste.
