- 100 g camembert;
- 0.5 cups sour cream;
- 0.5 cups of dry white wine;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- a bunch of parsley;
- salt
- pepper.
- Pork in sweet and sour sauce:
- 400 g pork;
- 100 g camembert;
- 1 glass of cream;
- 2 teaspoons of sweet horseradish;
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- olive oil for frying;
- salt
- pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
For baking, choose tender, lean pork tenderloin. Slice the meat across the grain into small medallions. Hit them lightly with a wooden mallet. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the medallions in it on both sides until golden brown. Place the meat in a plate and keep warm.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Pour half a glass of dry white wine into the pan where the meat was fried and boil it for 5-7 minutes. Add sour cream and finely diced camembert. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and cook until the volume is reduced and the cheese is completely melted. Chop the parsley finely and add to the sauce. Stir it thoroughly and remove from heat.
Step 3
Place the pork on a flat dish so that the pieces are on top of each other. Pour the sauce line in the center of the medallion chain, pour the rest into the gravy boat. Serve with green salad and fries. Pour warm sauce over each serving on a plate.
Step 4
Another version of pork with camembert is suitable for those who love original sweet sauces. Cut the lean meat into medallions, beat them lightly, season with salt, pepper and fry in a pan with preheated olive oil.
Step 5
Pour the cream into the pan where the meat was fried, bring it to a boil and reduce the heat. Combine the sweet horseradish with the lingonberry jam, pour the mixture into the skillet and stir well. Boil the sauce until it is half the volume.
Step 6
Place the pork medallions in a fireproof dish. Place a thin slice of camembert on top of each piece. Pour hot sauce over the meat. Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve with white bread toast and green salad. Be sure to accompany your pork with a glass of chilled rosé wine or light beer.
