Red fish salad is a delicious cold appetizer. It can be offered for a festive table, and it will not spoil a regular dinner either. The combination of red fish with a delicate taste of eggs will not leave anyone indifferent.
It is necessary
- - fillet of red fish (slightly salted) - 200 g;
- - potatoes - 1 pc.;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - chicken egg - 4 pcs.;
- - dill - a bunch;
- - mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
- - salt and sugar - ¼ tsp each;
- - table vinegar - 1 tbsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and eggs, then boil until tender. After cooling the boiled potatoes, peel, grate with a coarse grater. After freeing the eggshells, divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Grate everything on a fine grater.
Step 2
Chop the peeled onions into cubes and cover with boiling water. Add salt, sugar and vinegar to it. After 2-5 minutes, drain the onion slices.
Step 3
Prepare the fish fillet, cut into thin slices. Finely chop the dill greens.
Step 4
Lay out the salad in layers on a dish, coat each of them with mayonnaise. It is better to apply it in the form of a mesh.
Step 5
Put the potato chips in the first layer, then the fish. Next place the onions, squirrels. Finish off the lettuce with a layer of yolks. You can decorate a salad with red fish with herbs.
