This version of the dietary soup will appeal to any girl who keeps her figure in shape. It is very light and perfect for a summer menu.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of champignons;
- - 2 onions;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 2 tbsp. flour;
- - 600 ml. broth;
- - 1 loaf;
- - garlic;
- - 200 ml. cream;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the peeled onion. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into thin plastics. In a bowl with a thick bottom, fry the onions in vegetable oil. Bring it to golden brown.
Step 2
Add the chopped mushrooms to the bowl and continue to simmer for 7 minutes. Once the mushrooms are soft, turn off the stove. In another saucepan, melt the butter and then pour the sifted flour into it.
Step 3
Fry the flour for a minute, then pour the broth into it. Stir everything so that there are no lumps. Once the broth has boiled, add the mushrooms and onions to it. Stir again and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Grind the soup with a blender. Season with salt and pepper and put back on the stove. Cook it for at least another 7 minutes over low heat. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. As soon as the soup boils again, remove from the stove.
Step 5
Make soup croutons. To do this, cut the flesh of the loaf into small cubes. Peel and chop the garlic with a garlic mince. Place the croutons on a baking sheet, sprinkle with garlic and place in a preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove the finished croutons and place them in a separate bowl. Serve the soup with croutons and herbs.
