To make the minced meat juicy, you need to take different varieties of meat - for example, pork and beef. Be sure to use onions for minced meat - without it, the mass turns out to be fresh and dry.
The ideal ratio of ingredients for minced beef and pork is when both meat is taken equally. For a kilogram of meat, you will need to add 4 more large onions, a couple of cloves of garlic, pepper and salt - to taste.
