    • 2 squid carcasses;
    • 4 potatoes;
    • 100 g of champignons;
    • 1 pack of sour cream;
    • 1 onion;
    • 2 carrots;
    • 100 g of hard cheese;
    • dill
    • or parsley.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare squid carcasses. To do this, defrost them in cold or warm water. A thin pink, gray or light lilac film on the squid carcass will curl up in a few seconds and immediately after that rinse the carcasses with cold water under the tap. Wash gently, being careful not to damage the fillets.

Place the squid carcasses on a plate. They do not need to be boiled before stuffing.

To prepare the filling, wash the potatoes, peel and cook. Make mashed potatoes and refrigerate.

Cut onions into half rings and fry them until golden brown over low heat. When the onions are browned, add the carrots, cut into strips or grated on a coarse grater, to the skillet. Continue frying vegetables. When they turn light orange, season with salt and add the chopped squid. Warm up all for 1 minute, mix thoroughly and set aside to cool.

Secure the squid with a wooden toothpick and place the dish in the oven, heated to 150 degrees for 10 minutes. As soon as the cheese melts, the dish is ready. Place the squid on a plate and cut into rings. Garnish with dill or parsley.
