Airy, light and crunchy, sesame crust is delicious on its own. And if you decorate them with fruits, you get a completely new dish with a very interesting combination of sesame seeds and caramel pears.
It is necessary
-
- butter - 100 g;
- brown sugar - 200 g;
- yogurt - 150 g;
- black sesame - 50;
- white sesame - 50 g;
- wheat flour - 300 g;
- soda - 0.15 tsp;
- orange - 1 pc.;
- orange peel - 3 tbsp;
- lime - 2 pcs.;
- pear 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pear, cut into thin slices, cover with a little water, add 50 grams of brown sugar and cook over medium heat.
Step 2
Mix the butter thoroughly with 100 grams of brown sugar.
Step 3
Now whisk this mixture with thick (non-drinking) yogurt.
Step 4
Divide the resulting mass in two. Add black sesame seeds to one of which and white to the other. To make the dough a uniform color, grind the black sesame seeds first. Now add 150 grams of flour mixed with soda to the dough with white sesame seeds, and the same amount of flour mixed with black sesame, but without soda.
Step 5
Roll out the dough about 3 centimeters thick and cut out the circles to the desired size. This can be done using a mug with a diameter slightly wider than a glass.
Step 6
Place the biscuits on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with orange zest.
Step 7
When the syrup in the pears has boiled down, lay out the finished wedges in the shape of a flower.
Step 8
Roll out and cut the black sesame cakes in the same way, without pre-decorating with anything.
Step 9
Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Step 10
Make caramelized citrus fruits. The number of slices should be equal to the number of black sesame biscuits. Also, with a small amount of water, boil 50 grams of sugar until a thick syrup.
Step 11
Cool the finished biscuits to room temperature and pour over with hot syrup.
Step 12
Cool again to freeze the syrup and place the orange and lime slices on the biscuits.
