Goulash is a delicious meat dish originally from Hungary. The shepherds cooked it to keep warm and rejuvenate. The longer the meat and vegetables were stewed, the tastier the goulash became.
It is necessary
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 small onions;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - 900 gr. diced pork;
- - 3 teaspoons of paprika;
- - salt to taste;
- - 1, 3 liters of water;
- - 2 heaped spoons of tomato paste;
- - 3 teaspoons of dried marjoram;
- - 2 teaspoons of cumin;
- - half a teaspoon of black pepper;
- - 3 medium sized potatoes.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry finely chopped onion in olive oil until transparent.
Step 2
Add chopped garlic to it, fry for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Put the diced pork in a saucepan. Stir and fry until the pork changes color.
Step 4
Add paprika and salt. Mix and pour in water.
Step 5
Bring the broth to a boil and put all the remaining ingredients except the potatoes in a saucepan.
Step 6
Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes, add potatoes cut into small pieces and cook for another 20 minutes.
Step 7
We serve goulash with slices of fresh black bread and enjoy its taste.
