Pork is one of the tastiest and easiest to cook types of meat. It fries quickly and gets a particularly delicate flavor when combined with vegetables. There are a lot of recipes for pork salads. The sweet taste of pork goes well with fruits, nuts, honey and prunes.

- pork fillet (300 g);
- ground black pepper;
- butter (20 g);
- salt;
- dark grapes (150 g);
- white grapes (150 g);
- celery stalks (4 pcs.);
- onions (2 pcs. small);
- lettuce leaves (6 pcs.);
- walnut (20 g);
- For the sauce:
- blue cheese (75 g);
- low-fat milk (2 tablespoons);
- sour cream (100 g);
- wine vinegar (1 tablespoon);
- vegetable oil (2 tablespoons).
Instructions
Step 1
If necessary, remove the films from the meat. Rinse it under running water. Blot with a paper towel and rub with pepper.
Step 2
Heat the butter in a deep skillet. Heat the skillet well and fry the meat in it on all sides for fifteen minutes. Salt well and wrap gently in foil.
Step 3
Wash the grapes thoroughly and dry well. Separate the berries from the brush, cut in half and remove the seeds.
Step 4
Peel, wash, dry and cut the celery into circles about one centimeter thick. Cut large leaves into strips.
Step 5
Peel the bulbs, wash in cold water and chop very finely.
Step 6
Separate the salad into separate leaves, wash and shake off the water. Coarsely chop the leaves.
Step 7
Grate the cheese on a medium grater, stir in a homogeneous sauce with milk, sour cream, vinegar and vegetable oil. This is best done with a mixer. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Lay the pork out of foil and cut obliquely to the fibers into slices about 5 mm thick. Lay in a flower shape on a flat dish, leaving room for the core.
Step 9
Mix the salad, grapes, celery and onion with the sauce and place on the meat in the form of a ring. Sprinkle with nuts and garnish with grape halves. Serve the pork salad to the table.
Step 10
Serve only a long loaf of fresh white bread with the finished salad.
