- one large fresh cucumber;

- pickled ears (360 g);

- mayonnaise;

- one medium sized bell pepper.

Cut the marinated ears into very thin strips, then also cut the peeled sweet bell peppers. Cut into small strips and fresh large cucumber. Put chopped pickled ears and vegetables in a small salad bowl, mix with mayonnaise, garnish with sprigs of herbs and a little fried sesame seeds if desired.

- peeled garlic clove;

- 2 fresh cucumbers;
