Korean style pork ears will be a great snack for beer and more. To prepare this dish, you will need the following ingredients: 8 ears, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. ground coriander, 1 tsp. sugar and 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 2 tsp. vinegar, and a little salt to taste.

Chop the peeled garlic and sprinkle on the pork ears. Now leave them to marinate for a couple of hours. This dish should be served chilled.

An appetizing and hearty dish is pork ears with country-style beans. To prepare them you will need: 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, 2 onions, salt and pepper to taste, 2 cups beans, horseradish root, 2 pcs. pork ears, hops-suneli, as well as 4 cloves of garlic, bay leaf, 3 tbsp. l. sour cream and black peppercorns.

First, rinse the beans and transfer them to a cauldron or saucepan, and then cover with cool water. Put it on fire and cook, changing the water several times. Cut the pork ears at the folds and clean well, and then rinse. Place the ears in a saucepan, cover with water, add bay leaves, onion and pepper. Cook them for one hour. Then cool the ears and cut.

It is better to soak the beans in the evening and leave overnight.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Now you can start making the sauce. Combine tomato paste with pepper and sour cream and crushed garlic. Don't forget to add some suneli hops and grated horseradish. The resulting mixture should be whipped until smooth.

Mix pork ears with fried onions and beans, salt and mix well. Place them on a plate and pour over the prepared sauce.
