  • - 15 g butter;
  • - 75 ml brown sugar.
  • For filling:
  • - 6 g of gelatin (sheet);
  • - 200 ml heavy cream;
  • - 100 g of curd cheese (for example, ricotta);
  • - 50 ml of sugar;
  • - 1 tsp vanilla sugar;
  • - 4.5 tsp lemon juice.
  • For jelly:
  • - 2 grams of gelatin (sheet);
  • - 100 g of fresh frozen lingonberries;
  • - 5 ml of water;
  • - 25 g of sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. lemon juice.

Instructions

Step 1

Fry the flakes in a pan with the addition of butter and sugar. As soon as the sugar turns into caramel, we transfer it to the form lined with baking paper or cling film, leaving the edges, so that later it is more convenient to get it out if the form is one-piece, and set in the cold.

Step 2

Soak gelatin in water in accordance with the instructions. In the meantime, you can whip the cream and rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mixing it with two types of sugar.

Step 3

Heat the lemon juice and dissolve the gelatin in it. Combine it with cream and cottage cheese in a blender. We spread it on the base and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

Step 4

For jelly, gelatin is also soaked in accordance with the instructions. Lingonberries are mashed with a blender with the addition of sugar and water. Heat lemon juice and dissolve gelatin in it.
