Many families consider lasagna their favorite food. There are many lasagna recipes: with mushrooms, with vegetables, with fish, but this recipe is classic. Prepare lasagne for the delight of your loved ones!
It is necessary
- - 9 sheets of lasagna dough
- - 500 g ground beef
- - 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- - 200 ml of water
- - 1 tomato
- - 2 onions
- - salt
- - pepper
- For the béchamel sauce:
- - 100 g butter
- - a glass of milk
- - 100 g wheat flour
Instructions
Step 1
Ground beef is best for lasagna. Peel and cut the onion into half rings. Fry the onions in a hot skillet until golden brown.
Step 2
Place the minced meat in a skillet and fry with the onion. Then cover it with a lid and simmer over low heat until almost cooked. Dissolve the tomato paste in a glass of water. Add the pasta to the minced meat and stir.
Step 3
Place the sliced tomato into the skillet. Remove the skin from the tomato in advance so that unnecessary fragments do not come across later when eating. Simmer, covered, for about 7 minutes.
Step 4
To make the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir flour into boiling oil so that there are no lumps. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance. Add milk, bring sauce to a boil and reduce heat. Stir the bechamel with a whisk. Remove thickened sauce from heat.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the lasagna dough. Put 1/3 of the minced meat on it, pour the minced meat with 1/3 of the sauce, and so alternate the layers twice. Top off with some grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Place the lasagne in a preheated oven 180 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes. If the cheese is completely melted and crusty, you can remove the dish from the oven. Serve the hot lasagne, garnish with herbs and lay on a lettuce leaf.
