As a rule, they are sold in the pasta departments, and it is not at all difficult to find them. Lasagna is a delicious and satisfying dish. If you cook more lasagna than you eat at once, then you can safely freeze the rest.

It is necessary

  • For 10-12 servings:
  • - 1 kg of minced meat;
  • - 300 g of hard cheese;
  • - 200-250 g of lasagna sheets;
  • - 500 g of ripe tomatoes;
  • - 200 g onions;
  • - 150 g of carrots;
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 liter of milk;
  • - 100 g of butter, flour;
  • - 50 g parmesan;
  • - salt, pepper, vegetable oil to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

First, chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Grate the carrots on a medium grater. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, chop the pulp in a blender or grate - that's up to you.

Fry the garlic and onion in vegetable oil. Add carrots, grill on. Add minced meat, season with pepper and salt, simmer until tender (about 20-25 minutes). Send tomatoes to these ingredients, simmer for another 5 minutes together.

Now prepare the Béchamel sauce. To do this, you need to melt the butter. When the butter is completely melted, add flour, mix well. Fry a little.

After that, pour in the milk in a thin stream, stir, bring to a boil. Heat until the sauce becomes sour cream in consistency.

It is important to make sure that no lumps form. The mass must be homogeneous. Salt the sauce a little, you can add nutmeg or garlic to taste.

Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater. Grate the Parmesan finely.

Place the sheets in a baking dish. Place half of the meat sauce on the lasagna sheets, then 1/3 of the Bechamel sauce. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Cover with lasagna sheets. Spoon out the remaining meat sauce. Brush liberally with Béchamel sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Put the sheets back out, grease them with the rest of the sauce.

Place the lasagna to be in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
