A low-calorie and tasty dish, ideal for hot days, when you need to recuperate, but at the same time you want to feel light after a meal. Chicken pasta will appeal to all family members as an everyday dish that takes a minimum of time to prepare.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 3-4 persons:
- - 200 g of any paste;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - onion;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 4 tomatoes;
- - chicken breast;
- - 150 ml of chicken broth;
- - 3 tablespoons of chopped basil greens and a few leaves for decoration;
- - a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar;
- - 50 g of grated Parmesan;
- - salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken until tender in salted water. Transfer to a plate, set aside to cool.
Step 2
Boil the pasta in a large amount of slightly salted water in accordance with the instructions on the package, put it in a colander. We try to time it so that the pasta is cooked by the time all the other ingredients are ready.
Step 3
Cut the cooled chicken breast into small pieces, squeeze the garlic, chop the onion, cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion in it so that it becomes transparent and soft. Add garlic and tomatoes and fry for one minute.
Step 5
Add chicken pieces, chicken broth, basil, balsamic vinegar and pasta to the pan. Stir, salt and pepper to taste, cook on maximum heat for several minutes so that excess liquid evaporates.
Step 6
We lay out the pasta with chicken and tomatoes on plates, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, decorate with basil leaves.
