- Pork - 2 kg;
- Onions - 4-5 large onions;
- Kefir - 1 liter;
- Salt;
- Spice;
- Cilantro greens.

Step 1
The most delicious kebab is obtained from the pork neck. Therefore, if there is a choice, it is best to stop it on this particular part of the mascara. The meat should be rinsed well and cut along the grain into medium-sized pieces. So the meat will absorb the marinade as quickly and evenly as possible.
Step 2
Put a layer of meat on the bottom of the bulk container. Sprinkle it with salt and spices. Ground pepper will be enough. Top with onions, chopped into rings. We repeat the procedure until the meat ends. Sprinkle with cilantro herbs on top of the kebab marinade. This will give the meat an extra zesty flavor.

When the layers are formed, pour the kefir into the pork pan. The liquid should cover the pieces of meat. Leave the finished marinade to infuse for several hours at room temperature. You can leave the meat in the refrigerator overnight.
