Step 1
This is a simple yet unusual recipe for making pork chop with chicken breast. This dish is prepared in three stages; this will take no more than 40 minutes. The first and most important thing is to properly prepare the meat. It needs to be rinsed well and dried. Next, beat the pork with a hammer, and in order not to get dirty, it is better to put the meat in a bag in advance. Then we make small cuts in the meat at a distance of 1.5 cm from each other, do not cut to the end of approximately 0.5 cm. We also beat off the chicken breast and cut into thin strips 1 cm wide.
Step 2
Carefully put strips of chicken into the cuts of the pork chop, if the edges of the fillets protrude, they need to be cut off, fix the meat with toothpicks. Pour some vegetable meat into the pan, put on fire. Pepper the meat, salt and season with spices on both sides, put on a hot frying pan and fry to form a golden brown crust. The chop should be well done and juicy.
Step 3
Put the finished pork chops on a large plate, remove the toothpicks and decorate the dish with sprigs of herbs (dill or parsley), waves of ketchup and mayonnaise. Chops can be served with mashed potatoes, rice, or a vegetable side dish.
