- 4 potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 carrot
- fresh parsley
- salt
- black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves

Step 1
We clean the fish and rinse it in cold water.
Step 2
We set to cook for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Add one peeled whole onion to the fish.
Step 4
Remove the foam when cooking.

We take out the cooked fish and cut it. Remove bones and cut into portions.
Step 6
Strain the broth. Remove the cooked onion.
Step 7
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Add potatoes to the strained broth and cook for 10 minutes.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Peel and grate the carrots.
