Make a dough. Heat the milk to about 36oC. Pour sugar into a bowl of milk and dissolve the yeast. Let stand for 5-10 minutes, then add flour. Mix everything thoroughly, the mass should not be too thick and resemble sour cream in consistency.

Step 2

Cover the dishes with the dough with a towel, put it in a warm place for half an hour. At the end of this time, the leaven should double in size and be covered with bubbles. Add melted or soft margarine, warm milk to the dough. Beat the eggs lightly with a fork, pour into the dough and stir.

Step 3

Add salt, sugar, half flour and knead the dough. Use a spoon to knead first, then knead the dough with your hands, gradually adding in the remaining flour. More flour may be required, depending on its quality. The finished dough should be elastic and not sticky to your hands.

Sprinkle the dough with flour, cover the dish with a towel and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half. During this time, you need to knead it 2 times. While the dough is rising, prepare the pie filling.

Step 5
