It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 4 cucumbers;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar, soy sauce;
  • - sesame seeds, salt, sugar, red pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the cucumbers, cut into cubes about 3 cm long. Peeling them is not required - this makes the salad looks brighter. Salt and stir. Leave in a bowl for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the onion, rinse, cut into half rings. Peel the cloves of garlic, crush in a garlic bowl.

Step 3

Prepare a Korean salad dressing. Toast the sesame seeds, stirring occasionally. Pour soy sauce into them, stir. Add red pepper, garlic, sugar, vinegar, stir.

Step 4

Drain the juice from the cucumbers, add chopped red onions to them, mix.

Step 5

Add dressing to cucumbers and onions, mix everything. Refrigerate the salad for 20 minutes.

Step 6

After this time, you can serve Korean cucumbers on the table. You can sprinkle it with any herbs you like.
