Korean style cucumbers with meat are an appetizer for spicy lovers. It is not difficult to cook it, it turns out a very tasty appetizer. Suitable equally for a festive and casual table. You can change the amount of garlic and spices to your liking.
It is necessary
- For three servings:
- - 300 g of fresh cucumbers;
- - 200 g of any meat;
- - 1 onion;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar;
- - 1/4 teaspoon of salt, ground coriander, black pepper, red hot pepper, sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse fresh cucumbers; no peeling is required. Cut each into three pieces, then cut into thin slices. Place in a deep bowl, salt, stir, set aside.
Step 2
Cut the meat into thin strips. Pork, veal or chicken are good choices. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Drain the juice from the bowl of cucumbers, add chopped garlic clove (so far only one), sugar, coriander and hot red pepper.
Step 3
Fry the meat in vegetable oil, it should turn white. Then add the onion, fry for a couple of minutes together, then put in the remaining chopped garlic, pour in the soy sauce, stir. Season to taste.
Step 4
Mix cucumbers with warm meat, add vinegar, stir, refrigerate for 4 hours. Korean-style cucumbers with meat are stored in the refrigerator for no more than 1 day.
