Fake Stale Bread Pizza

To prepare this tasty and quick dish, you will need the following products:

- 6-8 stale buns;

- 100 g of cheese;

- 1-1 ½ cups of milk;

- tomato or tomato sauce;

- sour cream.

This pizza can be made from small round buns that are stale. Cut off small tops from several of these buns and use a teaspoon to select the middle, keeping the walls and forming a container for the filling. Do not throw out the removed middle, but make bread crumbs out of them.

Grease a skillet or baking sheet. Grate the cheese. Pour lightly warmed milk into a bowl and dip each prepared bun separately into it for a few seconds. Then let the milk drain and transfer the buns to a baking sheet or skillet.

At the bottom of each bun, place half a teaspoon of tomato sauce or diluted pasta, or a thin slice of tomato, sprinkle with grated cheese on top (the tomato layer should be completely covered). Put the filling on the cheese, cover it again with cheese and put half a teaspoon of sour cream in each bun. To make the pizza juicier, dip the cut top in milk and place on top of the filling. Lubricate the top with sour cream.

Place the baking sheet in the oven over medium heat. When the pizzas turn pink, they are ready. Serve them immediately hot with broth or as a stand-alone meal for breakfast and dinner.

To make the meat filling, cut the boiled meat, ham, sausages or sausage (not hard) into small cubes, add the fried onions and a clove of garlic passed through a press. Mix everything well.

To prepare the mushroom filling, boil the mushrooms and chop them finely. Then fry in vegetable oil along with onions. Add sour cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Salt, add chopped garlic clove.

For fish filling, any canned fish in oil is suitable. Drain it gently from the jar into another container. Chop the fish into pieces, mix with fried onions and garlic. You can also put a finely chopped hard egg in the filling, pour a little oil from canned food and mix thoroughly.

Season the fillings with chopped dill or parsley.

When preparing toppings for small pizza, please note that food should be taken in small quantities. For one such pizza, half or a teaspoon of the filling is enough.
