  • - 8-10 white crackers;
  • - ¼ l milk;
  • - 75 g of sugar;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - vanillin;
  • - 40 g of potato starch;
  • - 100 g of kefir;
  • - salt.
  • For the curd pie:
  • - 400 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 400 g of stale rye bread;
  • - 1 ½ cups of fruit and berry mass with sugar;
  • - 2 tbsp. l. icing sugar;
  • - 1 glass of cream;
  • - ½ tsp. cinnamon.

Instructions

Step 1

Stale bread pie with meat

Put the minced meat in a skillet with melted butter or fat and fry the minced meat over low heat, stirring often. Make sure it is covered in meat juice. When all the juice has evaporated and the meat becomes soft and crumbly, thoroughly mash the minced meat with a fork, add salt, ground pepper, finely chopped onions, fried separately and 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs. Mix all ingredients and let cool slightly. Cut the stale loaf into slices about a finger thick and cover with a lukewarm mixture of milk, salt and 2 raw eggs. Grease the mold very thickly with butter or margarine, line the bottom and sides with slices of the loaf soaked in milk mixture. Put the warm minced meat on the bread, and on it - the remaining slices of the loaf. If there is a little milk left, pour it over the surface of the tart pan and place in the oven over medium heat. Bake until the top of the bread is browned.

Blueberry pie

Soak the breadcrumbs in milk and line the bottom of a thickly greased margarine and breadcrumbs mold with them. Mix blueberries with half a serving of granulated sugar and lay on top of the breadcrumbs. Mash the egg yolks thoroughly with the remaining sugar, add vanillin, kefir and starch. Stir everything well until smooth and gently add whipped whites into a cool foam. Put the egg-kefir mass on top of the berries. Place the pie pan in the hot oven for 40-50 minutes.

Cheesecake

For stale rye bread, cut off all the crusts and grate the bread. Whisk in the cream and icing sugar, adding it gradually. Add ½ cup granulated sugar, cinnamon to the grated bread and mix everything well. Rub the curd through a sieve. In a transparent vase or on a plate, lay out in layers: grated bread, then fruit and berry mass, rubbed with sugar, put cottage cheese on top, whipped cream on it. Repeat the layers in the same order. Put the curd pie in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After this time, the cake can be served. It goes well with milk and tea.
