- - 4 eggs

- - 5 small carrots

Step 1
Cut the meat into small portions. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, a glass of flour and milk. Mix all ingredients thoroughly or beat with a mixer. You should have a thin batter.
Step 2
Rub each piece of meat with black pepper and a little salt. Dip the dough into the prepared dough. If desired, you can additionally bread cutlets in breadcrumbs. Fry the meat on one side in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Grate the carrots on a fine grater, chop the mushrooms. Fry the ingredients until tender. Put the cutlets in a baking dish, place the mushroom mixture on top. You need to cook the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. Before serving, you can sprinkle the cutlets with a little grated cheese and garnish with lettuce leaves.
