You will need:

  • 500 g pork;
  • ¾ glasses of wheat flour + 3 tbsp separately;
  • salt and black pepper to taste;
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil;
  • 2 tablespoons butter;
  • 400 g of mushrooms (champignons);
  • 1 small onion;
  • 5 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried;
  • 1, 5 cups meat broth (or water);
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 100 g spinach;
  • fresh parsley for garnish.

Step 1. Cut the pork into slices, as for chops. Season with salt and pepper. Separately, combine ¾ cup wheat flour with salt and ground black pepper in a wide bowl. Dip each piece of pork on both sides in flour.

Step 2. In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter over high heat. Then lay out the meat and fry on each side for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the meat to a separate plate.

Step 3. Wash mushrooms, peel, cut. Peel and chop the onion.

Step 4. In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter. Arrange the mushrooms and onions, add a few scoops of Worcestershire sauce if desired. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

You will need:

  • salt and black pepper to taste;

  • 300 g champignons;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 1 clove of garlic;

Step 1. Rinse the meat, remove the veins and cut the pork into large cubes. Place the meat in a bowl and season with 1 tablespoon paprika, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  • ½ cup dried cherries;
  • 3 cups of chopped stale bread
  • 1.5 tsp salt;
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper;
  • ¼ a glass of chicken broth;
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons mustard (Dijon can be used).

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
