Amursky salad is very popular in the Far East. This region is famous for its red fish. All the zest of the Far Eastern salad is in a special and most important ingredient - smoked fish. The dish goes well with any holiday, it serves as an excellent snack for beer. At the mere sight of the salad, salivation flows, to say nothing of its taste.
It is necessary
- - smoked red fish (back)
- - green peas, 1 can
- - onion, 1 piece
- - Cherry tomatoes
- - sunflower oil
- - black pepper

Step 1
For convenience, it is best to take the back of a red fish, where bones are completely absent. Choose lightly salted fish, otherwise you risk spoiling the taste of the salad. Mode meat cubes approximately 1x1 cm.
Step 2
It is better to use cherry tomatoes. Their slightly sweet taste is simply incredible to combine with smoked fish. We cut each tomato into two or four parts, depending on the size.

Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes, a jar of peas (don't forget to drain the liquid!), Chopped onions to smoked fish. Add sunflower oil and a little black pepper.
