Instructions
Step 1
Eggs are boiled hard-boiled, then cooled to room temperature, peeled from the shell and the white is separated from the yolk. The proteins are cut into slices, then spread on a flat dish and lightly crushed with a fork.
Step 2
The cheese is grated on a very coarse grater and spread on top of the proteins. The yolks are mixed with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and kneaded with a fork.
Step 3
The frozen butter is gently grated directly on top of the cheese. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small pieces, then spread on butter. Add a little salt to the salad and mayonnaise 4 tablespoons, then put in a cool place for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Put the canned fish on a plate, remove the bones and gently knead with a fork until smooth. The resulting mass is placed on top of the salad.
Step 5
The apples are washed, peeled, cut in half and cored. The remaining pulp is rubbed on a coarse grater, mixed with mayonnaise and spread on top of canned fish. The greens are finely chopped and garnished when serving the resulting salad.
