Step 1

To make a snack, fry four omelets. Beat the eggs, stir with one tablespoon of sour cream, add one tablespoon of finely chopped green onions, salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 2

Grease a skillet with oil and sauté an omelet over medium heat. Place the omelet on edible paper, cover with a lid to keep it dry. Thus, fry four omelets.

Step 3

Roll the first omelet into a tight roll, then wrap the first omelet with the second to make a double roll. Do the same for the third and fourth omelet. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
